National Service Awards Announced for 2000 |
The American Mensa Awards Committee has recognized the following members for their outstanding service at the national level:
The National Service Award is presented to Clifton E. McCann of Chevy Chase, Md., for his many years of service as American Mensa's intellectual property counsel and as our interpretive counsel, working long and hard to protect our name and logo.
The National Service Award is presented to Allen G. Neuner of Boonton, N.J., for his service as American Mensa's ombudsman for more than ten years, with most of his work performed quietly behind the scenes.
The National Service Award is presented to James E. T. Lange of Silver Spring, Md., for the gift of his professional legal services in time of need, and for his service as ombudsman and as interpretive counsel. He has also served as a member of many regional-gathering and annual-gathering committees.
The national Certificate of Appreciation is presented to Monica Marko of Chicago, Ill., for her dedicated service as Pen/Ms Special Interest Group (SIG) coordinator for 21 years. |
